McGrath Leads Hoosac Valley Girls in Road Win

GRANBY, Mass. – Averie McGrath scored 17 points Tuesday to lead the Hoosac Valley girls basketball team to a 60-18 win over Granby.

 

Rylnn Witek added 12 points, and Gabby Billetz scored nine in the win.

 

The Hurricanes, who got scoring from nine different players, started with a 17-2 first quarter and never looked back.

 

Hoosac Valley (13-2) goes to Amherst-Pelham on Wednesday looking to avenge a seven-point loss in Cheshire on Dec. 21.
