Patrick, Rufo Lead Taconic Girls to Victory

LUDLOW, Mass. -- Tamia Patrick and Ashley Rufo each had a double-double Friday to lead the Taconic girls basketball team to a 44-22 win over Ludlow.

 

Patrick scored 19 points and grabbed 11 rebounds. Rufo had 16 points and 13 boards.

 

Taconic (5-1) snapped a five-game losing skid and held an opponent in the 20s fo the third time this winter.

 

Taconic goes to Pittsfield on Monday as part of a girls-boys double-header.
