Belchertown Girls Top Taconic

BELCHERTOWN, Mass. -- Samantha Birks scored 12 points Friday to lead the Belchertown girls basketball team to a 45-24 win over Taconic.

 

Ashley Rufo scored nine points, and Tamia Patrick added six for Taconic (0-1).

 

Taconic hosts East Longmeadow next Friday.
