South Hadley Girls Top Taconic

PITTSFIELD, Mass. – Cara Dean scored nine points Tuesday to lead the South Hadley girls basketball team to a 43-32 win over Taconic.

 

The Tigers built a 30-10 lead at half-time and held off the Thunder in the second half.

 

Jaelynn Walker scored a game-high 11 points for Taconic.

 

Evellyn Croce and Kiannah Josephs added nine and eight points, respectively, in the loss.

 

Taconic (1-5) hosts Hoosac Valley on Friday.
