PITTSFIELD, Mass. – Olivia Chrzan scored 29 points on Thursday to lead the Monson girls basketball team to a 61-35 win over Taconic.

Chrzan went 19-for-21 at the free throw line for the Mustangs, who took a 27-10 lead in the first quarter.

Jaelynn Walker scored 16 points to lead the Thunder, which got nine from Jalisa Jessup.

Taconic (3-8) hosts Wahconah on Saturday.
