Carpenter Leads Mount Everett Past Pioneer

SHEFFIELD, Mass. — Gwendolyn Carpenter scored 29 points and passed out six assists Friday to lead the Mount Everett girls basketball team to a 54-26 win over Pioneer on Friday.

Emmy Coon scored 13, and Parker Snyder and Jessica Abbott grabbed 12 and 11 rebounds, respectively, for the Eagles (16-3).

Mount Everett travels to Mount Greylock on Tuesday.
