Tatro, LaCasse Lead McCann Tech Girls Past Frontier

NORTH ADAMS, Mass. -- Kaylee Tatro scored 16 points to lead four McCann Tech girls basketball players in double figures as the Hornets defeated Frontier, 52-46, on Monday night.

 

McCann Tech outscore the visitors 19-8 in the second quarter to take control of the game in what coach Kathy Budaj described as “complete game” for her squad.

 

“We were much more composed than we have been and that composure led to very good decision making,” Budaj said. “Our strong defense led to a strong offense.”

 

Izzy LaCasse scored 14. Aubrey Tetlow and Grace Towler had 12 and 10, respectively.

 

McCann Tech (7-3) goes to Greenfield on Friday.
