Turners Falls Girls Pull Away from McCann Tech in Second Half

MONTAGUE, Mass. -- Madison Chmyzinski scored 19 points Tuesday to lead the Turners Falls girls basketball team to a 51-37 win over McCann Tech.

 

The Hornets (4-9) fell behind early but rallied with a 20-5 second quarter to the locker room up 27-21.

 

Turners Falls’ defense allowed just 10 points in the second half to secure the win.

 

Grace Towler led McCann Tech with 16 points. Aimee Dowling and Kaylee Tatro added eight and six, respectively.

 

McCann Tech goes to Mount Everett on Thursday.
