Granby Girls Down McCann Tech

GRANBY, Mass. – Kalli White scored 38 points Friday to lead the Granby girls basketball team to a 61-36 win over McCann Tech.

 

“Despite the score, this was probably the girls’ best game of the season so far,” McCann Tech coach Justin Kratz said. “They moved the ball better, attacked the rim better, and moved with better spacing on the floor.

 

“We’re still trying to figure out how to consistently break the press, though we did it better than we have, and we need to be more committed to boxing out first, and then rebounding, but we are making progress.”

 

McCann Tech (0-8) is off until Thursday when it hosts Renaissance.
