LaCasse Leads McCann Tech Girls in Blowout Win

NORTH ADAMS, Mass. – Izzy LaCasse scored 11 points, and the McCann Tech girls basketball team took a 31-6 lead at half-time en route to a 45-20 win over Hampden Charter West on Tuesday night.

 

Raegan Rose hit three 3-pointers for nine points, and Macey Tatro scored six in the win.

 

“We were able to move the ball efficiently and create openings,” McCann Tech coach Kathy Budaj said. “It was a great chance for some of our JV players to get some varsity time.”

 

McCann Tech (8-9) hosts Lee on Wednesday.
