McCann Tech Girls Drop Opener on Road

PALMER, Mass. -- Palmer's Charlotte Thrriault scored 13 points Tuesday to lead her team to a 54-38 win over McCann Tech.

 

Hannah Boisvert got off to a hot start for the Hornets with eight first-quarter points and finished with 11 in the game.

 

Izzy LaCasse scored 12, and Macey Tatro added eight.

 

"We lost a good game," McCann Tech coach Kathy Budaj said. "Tough opponent and too many turnovers and missed foul shots. Overall, we did some nice things that we need to continue to polish up."

 

McCann Tech (0-1) goes to Easthampton on Friday.
