DiGennaro Lifts Blue Devils Over Lenox

NORTH ADAMS, Mass. -- Brooke DiGennaro scored 33 points Tuesday to lead the Drury girls basketball team to a 71-59 win over Lenox.

 

DeGennaro scored 13 in the second quarter as the Blue Devils (3-8) overcame a 16-11 deficit and built a 33-29 lead going to the locker room.

 

Dury put the game away in the fourth quarter, when DiGennaro scored nine, and Alison Felix hit a pair of 3-pointers.

 

Hayley Shook scored 14 points for the Blue Devils, who won for the second time in three outings.

 

Lenox (4-9) got 26 points from Alice Najimy and 15 from Jade Alward.

 

The Millionaires go to Mount Everett on Friday.

 

Drury goes to Brattleboro, Vt., on Wednesday before traveling south to Lee on Friday.
