Drury High School Seeks Girls Basketball Coaches

NORTH ADAMS, Mass. -- Drury High School is looking for a girls basketball varsity and junior varsity coaches for the 2014-15 season.

 

The school is reposting the positions this week on area help wanted venues.

 

According to the job description posted by the North Adams Public Schools department, goal of the position is to "help each participating student-athlete achieve a high level of skill, an appreciation for the values of discipline, sportsmanship and academic integrity, and an increased level of self-esteem."

 

The position requires at least two years of work experience as a basketball coach, and the successful candidate must be ceritified by the National Federation of High Schools and Massachusetts Interscholastic Athletic Association by the second year of coaching.

 

The head coach will report to the athletic director, principal and superintendent.
