Lee Girls Pull Out OT Win for 10th Victory

LEE, Mass. -- Brianna Kelly hit a free throw in the closing seconds of overtime Monday to give the Lee girls basketball team a 42-41 win over Mount Greylock as the Wildcats punched their ticket for the Western Massachusetts Division 4 tournament with their 10th win of the season.

 

Emma Puleri scored 14 points and had a field goal in the 4-3 overtime period.

 

Lydia Simone scored nine points on three 3-pointers, and Lena Simone scored eight in the win.

 

Delaney Babcock scored a game-high 15, and Madison Ross scored 10 for Mount Greylock.

 

The Mounties (5-10) host Drury on Thursday.

 

Lee (10-6) is at Mount Everett on Thursday.
