Brown, Malone Lead Lee Girls at Monument Mountain

GREAT BARRINGTON, Mass. -- Carina Brown and Caroline Malone each scored 11 points Monday to lead Lee to a 45-32 win over Monument Mountain.

 

The Wildcats built a 25-5 lead at half-time and never looked back.

 

Lydia Simone scored nine, and Emma Puleri added seven in the win.

 

Maya Cooney scored 10 to lead the short-handed Spartans.

 

Monument Mountain (2-6) hosts Pittsfield on Thursday.

 

Lee (7-4) is off until Saturday when it plays Frontier at Hoosac Valley at the Coaches Vs. Cancer Showcase.
