Shade Leads Pittsfield Boys Past Monument
PITTSFIELD, Mass. -- Chad Shade scored 14 points to lead the Pittsfield boys basketball team to a 67-47 win over Monument Mountain on Monday night.
Connor McDonough scored 12, and Scott Steinman and Anthony Reinhold each had 10 for the Generals (3-1) who took a 28-18 lead into half-time and never looked back.
Sam Jones scored 12, and Rown Myers had 10 for the Spartans (1-3).
Monument is off until next year, when it hosts Taconic on Jan. 5.
Pittsfield travels to Ludlow next Monday.
