Pittsfield Boys Bounce Back with Win over Wahconah

PITTSFIELD, Mass. – Da'Sean Brown scored 21 points Wednesday to lead the Pittsfield boys basketball team to a 77-64 win over Wahconah in the regular season finale for both teams.

 

Makai Shepardson scored 10 of his 19 points in the fourth quarter, when the Generals scored 30 points to put the game away.

 

Carter Mungin scored 20, and Keanu Arce-Jackson added 11 in the win.

 

Wahconah got 23 points from Pat McLaughlin, who shot 13 of 14 from the free throw line.

 

Brody Calvert scored 17, and Jesse Chapman added 13 in the loss.

 

Wahconah (15-5) and Pittsfield (16-4) learn Saturday who their first opponents will be in their respective state tournaments.
