Hot Start Lifts Agawam Boys Past Pittsfield

PITTSFIELD, Mass. – The Agawam boys basketball team Thursday jumped out to a 16-4 lead after one quarter and cruised to a 60-44 win over Pittsfield.

 

Nick Brindle hit three 3-pointers and scored 12 points to lead the Generals, who got 10 points from Tobias Gaulden-Wheeler and eight from Carter Mungin.

 

Pittsfield (4-9) goes to Minnechaug on Monday.
