Herrick Leads Spartans Past Mount Everett Boys

SHEFFIELD, Mass. -- Graham Herrick scored 22 points Wednesday to lead the Monument Mountain boys basketball team to a 75-47 win over Mount Everett.

 

Noah Helmke scored 16, and Kevin Troiano added 11 for the Spartans, who jumped out to a 19-7 lead in the first quarter and never looked back.

 

Cavan Brady scored a game-high 30 for the Eagles (4-11), who go to St. Mary’s of Westfield on Tuesday.

 

Monument Mountain (14-1) hosts Lenox on Friday.
