Brown, Spartans Down Baystate

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. – Manny Brown scored 12 of his 16 points in the first quarter as the Monument Mountain boys basketball team Thursday built a 32-0 lead en route to an 89-30 win over Baystate Academy.

 

Khalil Carlson led the Spartans with 17 points. Dom Calautti scored 13, and Isaiah Keefner added 12 in the win.

 

Monument Mountain (4-0) goes to Pittsfield on Saturday to take on the Generals.
