Mount Greylock Boys Top Mount Everett, Qualify for Western Mass

SHEFFIELD, Mass. -- Toby Foehl scored 22 points Tuesday to lead the Mount Greylock boys basketball team to a 63-29 win over Mount Everett as the Mounties qualified for the Western Mass tournament with their 10th win.

 

Foehl hit five 3-pointers, and Mount Greylock took a 39-14 lead into half-time.

 

Derek Paris scored 14, and Mitchell Jezouit added nine in the win.

 

Ben Monteleone led Mount Everett with seven points.

 

The Eagles (3-13, 0-5 Berkshire County South) go to Mohawk Trail on Thursday.

 

The Mounties (10-6, 4-2), winners of three of their last four, are home against Mount Everett on Saturday.
