Coughlan, 'Canes Top Mount Greylock

CHESHIRE, Mass. -- Jameson Coughlan scored 12 points to lead three Hoosac Valley Hurricanes in double figures as the Canes beat Mount Greylock, 57-29, on Saturday night.

 

Avery Hall and Dahndray Sistrunk each scored 11 for Hoosac.

 

Coughlan and Sistrunk each scored six in the first quarter to help Hoosac jump out to a 19-8 lead.

 

The Canes (8-5) held Mount Greylock to just 10 points in the second half on the way to their fourth straight win.

 

Patrick Storie and Sean McCormack scored eight apiece to lead Mount Greylock.

 

The Mounties (8-6) travel to North Adams to face McCann Tech on Friday.
