Mohawk Boys Top Mount Everett

SHEFFIELD, Mass. -- Josh Matthews and Anthony Moffatt each scored 11 points apiece Wednesday to lead the Mohawk Trail boys basketball team to a 43-28 win on Wednesday night.

 

“The young Eagle team played hard tonight, but too many turnovers and missed shots resulted in a loss,” Mount Everett coach Jowe Warren said.

 

 Ben Monteleone scored nine, and Jack Carpenter had eight for the Eagles.

 

Mount Everett (1-7) goes to St. Mary’s on Friday.
