Foster Leads Mount Everett Boys to First Victory

CHICOPEE, Mass. -- Justin Foster scored 10 of his team-high 15 in the fourth quarter as the Mount Everett boys basketball team Friday outscored Hampden Charter, 21-4, over the final eight minutes to earn a 44-39 win.

 

Jack Carpenter, Ben Monteleone and Patrick Silk each scored nine for the Eagles, who took their first win of the 2018-19 season.

 

Mount Everett (1-4) goes to Wamogo, H.S., in Litchfield, Conn., on Saturday for the consolation game of the Litchfield Hills Holiday Tournament.
