Darius Tovani Leads McCann Tech Boys to First Win

HUNTINGTON, Mass. -- Darius Tovani scored 11 points, and Lucas Jamros added 10 on Friday to lead the McCann Tech boys basketball team to a 57-41 win over Gateway.

 

The Hornets (1-2) opened up a 34-19 half-time lead with a 21-9 second quarter.

 

Nick LaForest scored eight, and Tom Ziemba and Darian Tovani added seven apiece.

 

McCann Tech hosts Pioneer Valley Christian on Monday.
