Drury Boys Complete Sweep of Pittsfield

PITTSFIELD, Mass. -- Hayden Bird scored 24 points on Monday as the Drury boys basketball team completed a season sweep of Pittsfield with a 59-42 win.

Reece Racette scored 14, and Scott McGuire added eight for the Blue Devils (14-2).

Carter Matthews scored 11, and Amin Purry added eight for Pittsfield (6-12), which hosts Lee on Wednesday in a rematch from December’s Pittsfield Hoop Club Holiday Classic.

Drury hosts Monument Mountain on Wednesday as part of the Berkshire Classic, which sends Berkshire County South Division teams on the road to take on teams from the North.
