Bird's 24 Lead Drury Boys to Second Win

NORTH ADAMS, Mass. -- Hayden Bird scored a game-high 24 points and grabbed a team-high nine rebounds on Friday to lead the Drury boys basketball team to a 71-33 win over Mohawk Trail.

Michael Carpinello scored 12, and Reece Racette added 11 with nine assists for the Blue Devils (2-0).

Bryce Webb grabbed seven rebounds and blocked a pair of shots to go along with eight points.

Drury is home on Monday night against Mount Everett in the first round of the Gene Wein Holiday Tournament.
