NORTH ADAMS, Mass. – The McCann Tech boys basketball team Tuesday outscored Smith Vocational, 23-10, in the fourth quarter to earn a 64-50 victory and its third straight win.
Jacob Howland scored 15 points, and Colby Marko added 12 to lead the Hornets, who got nine points apiece from Eric Rougeau and Zach Howland.
“Good win tonight,” McCann Tech coach Chris Bullett said. “We got very balanced scoring. Smith Voc played tough, but we pulled away in the fourth quarter.
“Great contributions from Jon Durocher and Zach Howland tonight.”
Durocher finished with seven points.
McCann Tech (7-4) goes to Hampden Charter on Friday.
