TURNERS FALLS, Mass. – Ty Sadoski scored 16 points Friday to lead the Franklin Tech boys basketball team to a 45-35 win over McCann Tech in the consolation game of the Eagles Holiday Classic.

 

“Tough one tonight,” McCann Tech coach Chris Bullett said. “Our offense is still struggling.”

 

Colby Marko scored 12 points and pulled down eight rebounds to lead the Hornets, who had just 10 points at half-time but played even with the Eagles in the second half.

 

Landon Champney and Walter Mazza added six points apiece in the loss.

 

McCann Tech (0-2) is back on the road on Monday to take on Pioneer Valley Christian Academy.
