SHEFFIELD, Mass. -- Chase Doyle and Max McAlister each scored 15 points Saturday to lead the Mount Greylock boys basketball team to its first win of the year, a 55-34 victory over Mount Everett.
McAlister connected five times from beyond the 3-point arc for the Mounties, who outscored their hosts by a margin of 25-13 in the second half.
Pablo Santos added 11 points in the win.
Mount Everett got eight points apiece from Ben Monteleone and Jack Carpenter.
The Eagles (3-7) host Wahconah on Thursday.
Mount Greylock (1-12) host Lee on Saturday.
