LEE, Mass. -- Izaha Stubbs scored 28 points Wednesday to lead the Hoosac Valley boys basketball team to a 76-49 win over Lee.
"Izaha was spectacular scoring and creating, and it was a total team effort," Hoosac Valley coach Dave Harte said. "Simple man-to-man defense without fouling was the key to the game.
"We also moved better without the basketball, but we need to stop turning the ball over."
Joe Delmolino scored 17, and Logan Davis and Shaun Kastner each added nine.
Lee got 20 points from Collin O'Brien and 10 from Jake Purcell.
The Wildcats (0-2) go to McCann Tech on Friday.
Hoosac Valley (2-2) is at Mount Greylock on Friday.
