PITTSFIELD, Mass. -- Mohammed Sanogo scored 21 points, and the Taconic boys basketball team rebounded from Friday’s loss to hand Drury a 77-48 loss on Monday night.
Sanogo got off to a hot start with 10 points in the first quarter.
But the key for Taconic was the second quarter, when it outscored the Blue Devils, 19-4, to take a 36-17 lead into the locker room.
Bo Bramer scored 14, and Sean Harrigan added 12. Eric Montgomery and Ezekiel Percy scored nine apiece in the win.
Scott McGuire led all scorers with 25 points for Drury, which got nine points from Dante Woodson.
Drury (4-4) hosts Wahconah on Wednesday.
Taconic (8-3) hosts Chicopee on Thursday.
