NORTH ADAMS, Mass. -- Five Hornets finished in double figures as the McCann Tech boys basketball team Monday broke a three-game losing streak with an 83-44 win over Hampden Charter.
“We came out with a lot of energy and got a great win tonight,” McCann Tech coach Chris Bullett said. “I love being back at home.”
McCann Tech opened up a 26-9 lead after one quarter and never looked back.
Lucas Jamros and Bruce Davis led the way with 13 points apiece. Keeghan Vidal scored 11, and Thomas Ziemba and Jeremy Beany scored 10 apiece.
McCann Tech (3-3) goes to Westfield Tech on Thursday.
