NORTHAMPTON, Mass. -- LOgan Tower hit six first-half 3-pointers on his way to a 20-point night that led the McCann Tech boys basketball team to a 74-31 win over Smith Vocationaln on Friday.
Tower's 20-point first half gave helped give the Hornets a 31-19 half-time lead.
McCann Tech (3-1) pulled away after half-time, holding the Vikings to two points in the third quarter and scoring 27 in the fourth.
Jeremy Beany had eight of his 12 points in the fourth quarter.
Lukas Zelazo also finished with 12 for McCann.
The Hornets travel to Sheffield to face Mount Everett on Tuesday.
