  McKenzie McCarthy went 3-for-4 with a triple and a pair of RBIs Tuesday to lead the Easthampton softball team to a 9-5 win over Monument Mountain in the Western Massachusetts Class B Quarter-Finals.

  Jade Abderhalden went 3-for-4 with a pair of doubles, and the Monument Mountain softball team held off Mount Greylock’s comeback bid in the top of the seventh to earn a 12-10 win on Tuesday.

  Andrea Paul scattered eight hits and allowed two earned runs for the Monument Mountain softball team in a 5-4 win over Hoosac Valley on Monday.

  Andrea Paul struck out seven and allowed two earned runs Friday to pitch the Monument Mountain softball team to a 9-6 win over Westfield Tech.

  Sammy Ullrich was 2-for-2 with a pair of RBIs,and Olivia Simms doubled and scored two runs.

  Leadoff hitter Lexi Carpenter led the way with three hits, including a pair of doubles, and five RBIs as the Spartans won their fourth straight game and improved to 7-1 this spring.
