Armold Homers for Lenox in Road Win

AMHERST, Mass. – Hailey Armold went 2-for-4 with a home run and four RBIs on Thursday as the Lenox softball team beat Amherst, 8-3.

 

"Another great team win," Lenox coach Justin Lenski said. "Amherst was 9-0 coming into that game and we knew they had a great team and had to be ready. Really came out and executed. All around a great win for the program, really proud of this team."

 

Grace Julieano went 4-for-4 with a double and crossed the plate three times.

 

Evelyn Julieano also doubled in a 3-for-4 day at the plate.

 

Evelyn Julieano earned the win in the circle with a complete game effort, striking out 11 and not allowing an earned run.

 

Lenox (6-4) goes to Gateway on Friday.
