Alger Leads Lenox Past Westfield Tech

WESTFIELD, Mass. – Amaya Alger went 3-for-3 with a double and four RBIs Wednesday to lead the Lenox softball team to a 15-12 win over Westfield Tech.

 

Evelyn Julieano was 2-for-4 with a pair of walks and scored four runs for the Millionaires, who went up, 13-6, with a six-run rally in the top of the fifth.

 

Anna Nealon, Grace Julieano and Amber Arseneau each had a single in a nine-hit attack for Lenox.

 

Cassidy Flynn earned the win in the circle, striking out 10 and allowing nine earned runs in a complete-game effort.

 

Lenox (2-3) hosts Smith Vocational on Friday.
