Lyon Powers Pittsfield Softball Over Hoosac Valley

PITTSFIELD, Mass. -- Tess Lyon Saturday went 3-for-3 with a double and two runs batted in to lead the Pittsfield softball team to an 11-2 win over Hoosac Valley.

 

Natasha Shade went 2-for-4 with two RBIs and stole two bases for the Generals.

 

Giulianna Pierce earned the win in the circle, going the distance and striking out seven.

 

Gabby Vincent tripled and scored a run, and Abby Jamros singled and scored for the Hurricanes (9-9).

 

Pittsfield (17-2) hosts Agawam on Sunday morning.
