Tobin, Perkett Lead Pittsfield Softball to Win

PITTSFIELD, Mass. -- Haley Tobin went 2-for-4 with three runs batted in Thursday to lead the Pittsfield softball team to a 10-1 win over Mount Greylock.

 

Brittney Perkett went 3-for-4, and Erin Murphy was 2-for-3 with two runs scored and two RBIs.

 

Giulianna Pierce struck out seven, walked one and scattered four hits to pick up the win in the circle.

 

Elena Cerveira was 2-for-3 with a triple for Mount Greylock (3-4), which hosts Lenox on Saturday.

 

Pittsfield (5-2) goes to Shepherd Hill on Saturday.
