Pittsfield Softball Blanks Mount Everett

SHEFFIELD, Mass. -- Brittney Perkett went 3-for-5, and Tess Lyon was 2-for-4 with a triple and two runs batted in Monday as the PIttsfield softball team beat Mount Everett, 11-0.

 

Madison Tobin went 2-for-4 with an RBI for the Generals, who got eight strikeouts in a complete game effort from pitcher Giulianna Pierce.

 

The Generals (2-0) have a double-header on Wednesday at Silver Lake before coming home on Friday to host Hoosac Valley.

 

Mount Everett (3-1) goes to Drury for a pair on Thursday.
