Pittsfield Softball Sweeps Twinbill

PITTSFIELD, Mass. -- Allie Hunt went 5-for-6 with a home at the plate to lead the Pittsfield High softball team to a double-header sweep of Somerset-Berkley on Saturday afternoon. 

 

The Generals (16-1) beat Somerset-Berkley 7-2 in Game 1 and 8-2 in the nightcap.

 

Emily Koldys and Giulianna Pierce combined to strike out six in the wins.

 

Pittsfield goes to Taconic on Monday.
