Koldys Pitches Pittsfield to First Win

LEE, Mass. -- Allie Hunt went 3-for-5 with an RBI to lead the Pittsfield softball team to a 13-1 win over Lee on Thursday afternoon.

The Generals (1-1) made the most of 14 Lee errors.

Pittsfield also held the Wildcats down with seven strong innings in the circle from Emily Koldys, who struck out eight while allowing just two hits.

Courtney Picard had one of those hits and scored the lone run for Lee (1-1).

The Wildcats host McCann Tech on Friday.

Pittsfield is at Agawam on Monday.
