Dupont, Spartans Open 4-0

GREAT BARRINGTON, Mass. – Sammy Ullrich went 4-for-4 with a pair of doubles and three RBIs Monday to lead the Monument Mountain softball team to an 18-9 win over St. Mary’s of Westfield.

 

Alex Tenney went 3-for-3 at the plate and scored three runs. Bella Viola finished 3-for-4, and Jade Abderhalden tripled in a run.

 

Meg Dupont struck out three and allowed just two earned runs in a complete-game win in the circle.

 

Monument Mountain (4-0) hosts Lenox on Wednesday.
