Drury Softball Rolls over Monument Mountain

NORTH ADAMS, Mass. -- Cassandra Crosier went 2-for-2 and scored three runs Monday to lead the Drury softball team to an 18-1 win over Monument Mountain.

 

Anna Dix went 2-for-4 and scored three times, and pitcher Abby Lear helped her cause by scoring four runs.

 

Lear and reliever Tess Zoito combined to strike out 11 in the five-inning win.

 

Drury (2-3) hosts Mohawk Trail on Tuesday.

 

Monument (2-1) hosts Mount Everett on Tuesday.
