Monument Mountain Downs Lenox

GREAT BARRINGTON, Mass. – Andrea Paul struck out seven and allowed just one earned run in a complete-game effort on Monday as the Monument Mountain softball team beat Lenox, 13-5.

 

Paul helped her cause by going 2-for-4 at the plate with a triple and four runs batted in.

 

Sammy Ullrich was 2-for-2 with a pair of RBIs,and Olivia Simms doubled and scored two runs.

 

Lenox got two hits apiece from Amber Arseneau and Anna Nealon.

 

Evelyn Julieano and Cassidy Flynn split time in the circle for the Millionaires, allowing five earned runs between them.

 

Lenox (3-4) hosts Westfield Tech on Wednesday.

 

Monument Mountain (8-1) goes to St. Mary’s of Westfield on Wednesday.
