Zink Powers Wahconah Softball in Win Over Lenox

LENOX, Mass. -- Ashley Zink went 2-for-4 with two RBIs and a triple to lead the Wahconah softball team to a 16-0 win over Lenox on Tuesday.

 

Allie Borowsky went three innings in the circle, striking out four. Aleksandra Tsangarides finished up with two innings of shutout pitching in a game shortened to five innings.

 

Kate Arace and Kasey Valle each singled for Lenox (2-10), which hosts Hoosac Valley on Thursday.

 

Wahconah (9-3) travels to Pittsfield on Thursday.
