Wahconah Picks Up Opening Day Win

HADLEY, Mass. – Sammie Kaley went 3-for-3 with a triple and three RBIs Tuesday to lead the Wahconah softball team to a 7-1 win over Hopkins Academy.

 

Harper Keay earned a win in her first varsity game in the circle, striking out six, walking none and scattering four hits.

 

Kenadi Arnhold and Marlee Arnold each doubled for Wahconah. Kenadi Arnhold finished with two hits and two RBIs.

 

Wahconah (1-0) goes to Northampton on Saturday.
