Greenfield Softball Blanks Wahconah

DALTON, Mass. – Gloria McDonald had three hits, including a home run, to lead the Greenfield softball team to a 13-0, five-inning win over Wahconah.

 

MacKenzie Paulin struck out 13 to earn the win in the circle for the Green Wave.

 

Sammie Kaley doubled for Wahconah. She also went four innings in the circle, striking out five and allowing just three earned runs.

 

Mariah Barnes took over the pitching duties for Wahconah in the fifth, striking out a pair.

 

Wahconah (2-2) hosts Turners Falls on Thursday.
