Lemire, Hurricanes Outslug Ware

WARE, Mass. – Emma Lemire went 2-for-3 with a double and a pair of RBIs on Monday to lead the Hoosac Valley softball team to a 16-11 win over Ware.

 

Alayna Shears tripled and drove in three runs, and Gracelyn Wright went 2-for-4 with four RBIs in a nine-hit Hoosac Valley attack.

 

Wright also earned the win in the circle, striking out eight in a complete-game effort.

 

Hoosac Valley (5-9) goes to McCann Tech on Wednesday.
