Hoosac Valley Softball Falls at Ludlow

LUDLOW, Mass. – Juliana Coelho went 2-for-4 with a triple, and Maddi Sutherland doubled twice as Ludlow beat Hoosac Valley, 10-3, on Monday.

 

Sutherland also struck out 13 in the circle for the Lions.

 

Izzy Tart went 2-for-3 with a double and stole a base for Hoosac Valley, which got two hits and a stolen base from Gracelyn Wright.

 

Averie McGovern struck out three and allowed five earned runs in a complete-game effort for the Hurricanes.

 

Hoosac Valley (2-3) hosts Franklin Tech on Wednesday.
